This website uses no analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. The OpenStreetMap iframe may set a functional cookie. No personal data is stored on our server — the reservation form opens your email client and sends data directly from your device.
Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and on the need to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Data submitted via the reservation form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you confirm a booking, to fulfil the rental contract. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.
Correspondence related to confirmed bookings is retained for 10 years as required by Italian tax law. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted within 12 months.
You have the right to: access, rectify, or erase your personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact reservations@casacosta.it.
